With over 25 years in health & social care, from frontline nursing to project leadership & transformation Steph brings a depth of knowledge that goes beyond a paper-based strategy. Steph has experienced the pressure of working within a system that care deeply but experience immense pressure and has honed the skills to support organisations in making impactful change throughout.
